Yesterday’s news that Adobe is developing a full-blown version of Flash that will run on cell phones and web-enabled set-top boxes should give cheer to all of Apple’s competitors, especially Google and Microsoft, whose Android and Windows Mobile platforms, respectively, are trying to become meaningful alternatives to Apple’s iPhone platform.
